Unable to make payment

That number no longer works if you haven't got a mobile! I have tried and tried, ALL numbers given on your webpages are only if you have a mobile, or for paying online, but there is a problem here as well, the site for one off payment does not work either; every time I have hassle trying to pay over the phone, a simple job I would have thought? A lot of defunct numbers as well; what do I do???

    It can take several days for VM forum team members to reply to topics depending upon when they are working.

    What happens when you use the 0800 number above? That is a freephone number so should not be chargeable from either landline or mobile.

  • I'm having the same issue.

    When i am trying to make a payment and I have to confirm with my bank to process the payment, on returning to VM app the window refreshes to home page with no payment confirm and still wants the outstanding amount payment or charges added. I have called the number and put in all my cards details and declined. I've clicked all the "My payments" links and they take me to the same card input and confirmation process just to not process the payment... what is happening to the app. I want a reply that is not  robot phone number or a failed payment system

Have you been able to make your payment since you last posted? If not, please could you call through to our team on 0345 454 1111 then option 1, option 1 and option 4. This will put you through to the correct team to deal with your issue.
