Is it Really Fair?

I signed up with you in the middle of January via one of your local agents who posted a card through the door, we had a long discussion before i signed up this included me asking what the price rise would be in april, he said about 4 or 5 %, I think stinging me for nearly 9% on both the Cable & O2 is a little distasteful, barely 3 months into my contract.

If you wish to discuss your increase further, you can reach us online (Virgin), by calling 150 from your Virgin Media landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
