Well you could try swapping the boxes around if it's just the TV signal that's changing, if the problem remains in the same location you might need to call Virgin to check your cabling.

Hi thanks - yes I have already swapped boxes round to check, that did not improve matters for the signal strength.

Some pixelation on certain channels every so often. Also unable to access any of the Eurosport Olympic channels (which I can access on the other tv where signal is good)
You will need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or you can wait here for one of the forum team to respond which may take 2 to 3 days.
