HELP PLEASE
On Monday morning I has an email from Virgin link with 02 which I did, they wanted a different email address to verify, I remembered I had a google email so used that, emails ever since have not come through to my blue mail box on i phone, today I have been on to 02 for 2 hours !!!! I've deleted my ntl account in settings and reloaded, eventually they said they would put me through to gadget rescue department, hurrah, until she told me there would be a cost for an engineer to solve !!! Really , I can't believe something that is obviously Virgin/02 mistake, please please can anyone help me solve, on settings it keeps saying username/password incorrect HELP
Rosie55 You will need to create a new password to use with your mail add (bluemail). This will be in addition to your account password user for signing into your MyVM account. Follow these instructions:
Sign into the My Virgin media account for the email concerned with your VMO2ID
Select Account Settings
Select Identity & Security Settings
Select Manage your products
Select Manage email app password
Click on the blue button 'Get New Password'Make a note of the generated password. This is what you use in the mail apps along with the vm email address as the username.
