No response to emails, chat bot is bust and they’ve just renewed my contract ( increased ) with no consultation ?

It’s not sorted, anything but. I’ve lost some Sky movies, some Sky sports and no TNT channels at all.IMG_1524.png

 

This is what I was promised, albeit at £109, not the price shown. Which is bizarre in itself. Nothing added nothing removed. This is a “contract” agreement and could constitute problems with OFCOM.
