I recently left virgin and my final bill has a late payment charge of £7.50 added to it. My payments have always been through direct debit so are never later!!
I have received two emails in the past two weeks, after raising a complaint saying that the final bill will be amended. The final bill has not been amended and I received a letter demanding payment, so I have made the payment today including the late payment charge. As I am no longer a customer I am unable to find anymore updates on my complaint.
I wish for this error to be rectified and the £7.50 to be refunded to me ASAP.
