Great Virgin have screwed up my porting

OK ported 11th April don't work properly till 13th Routing issue apparently. Worked till the 18th, Virgin ported it again for some reason. IT FAILED just had a SMS  tosay they cant get my old number back please use the number have given you. NOT HAPP...

Landline Number Porting

 Hi, My phone number was suppose to be ported over within 48 hours from installation date (18/04/24). I have already missed two important calls. Is there anyway to get an update on this.
