No landline for 5 days

I have have had no land line for the past 5 days. When I go into the APP it says there is an issue in my area but when you go further into it it says there is no issues in my area/post code.
the fix date keeps moving on another 24 hours every time I check.
would it be possible to get an update with a fix date and what the issue is from a human person not an automated system?
