Landline dead for last few days

how do I get someone from VM to look into this? The status website is reporting all green ticks.
TV and Broadband are fine.

From checking, there shows an area issue impacting landlines in your area so it appears it is something we're aware of although no fault reference or estimated fix time has been allocated. This could be due to it being recent and will be applied once and engineer has investigated further.
