Dead landline
My landline is completely dead. No ring tone at all. I can’t call out and can’t receive calls. When I tried to contact you to book an engineer, I was cut off. It is the same with your chat bot online, no success. My neighbour a few doors up has the same problem and managed to get an appointment. Can you please get back to me with an engineer appointment as I need to be accessible by phone (hospital and doctors appointments, etc…)?
