Landline Dead
Hi,
Our landline has died today. No ringtone or calls in or out. We have checked the phone itself - batteries, ring tone, etc - and all is fine. When using the Virgin App or logged in to website we've triggered the automatic test process (actually triggered it about 5 times given the way you keep being directed through the pages 🙁) and it is showing no fault . Have dialled the 0345 number but in the end gave up after a long wait). Can I report a fault please?

Martin,have replied to your p.m. - for which much thanks. Problem now sorted - loose connection in a (very old) box!
