Engineer visited today to fix the 'no landline' problem. He connected the phone to the new internet hub and said it would be working later over broadband. It has been three hours and the phone does not work via broadband.

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear that you're still having issues with your landline following the engineer visit.
Have you got another handset which you can try? Have you also tried rebooting the Hub since the engineer left? The landline service is showing as registered and active on our end. If not, we may need to arrange another engineer visit for you. We are sorry about that.
