Great Virgin have screwed up my porting

OK ported 11th April don't work properly till 13th Routing issue apparently. Worked till the 18th, Virgin ported it again for some reason. IT FAILED just had a SMS  tosay they cant get my old number back please use the number have given you. NOT HAPPY lost my number I've had for 40 plus years.

hi looks like they are doing the same with my phone numer 16 days gone and still not ported
