Use of true VOIP phones when Virgin upgrade hubs to 21CV

Does anyone know if we will be able to use true VOIP phones once our Virgin hubs have been upgraded to 21CV?

That is exactly the reason I use forums like this - to check what I read elsewhere - it's not always easy to validate the provenance of results found via a search engine. Chat bots are all well and good but talking / chatting to a live person is always more comforting 🙂

On another note - can you guide me on the items I should check to ensure I am getting the best speed I can locally via WiFi on my Hub 5 with M500 - I get 500mbs+ consistently when connected over ethernet but this drops to between 60-75mbs max when connecting over WiFi to the same router even when located next to it.

I know there are a lot of things that can impact WiFi speed - but are there a few things I should check as a priority?

Some call the HUB5X (looks like HUB5 but uses fibre to hub and has a 10Gb/ port) a HUB6.
