Too many customers phoning, not enough call handlers answering! More call handlers equals more cost for VM equals less profit!
You might be able to get some help on here if you are able to give an outline of the problem. The VM forum team can take up to several days to reply to a topic (and they usually ask for an outline of the issue when they do get here).
