Virgin Media Fibre Phone Adapter
Changed over phone from wall socket and connected to Virgin Media 3 with our new cordless phone using the Adapter, its not working.
No signal comming through wall socket connecter, reported this problem to VM
this morning, but still no signal, my wife a and i are both in our 70's and both have serious disabilities.
Can someone help us please?
Unless you have had someone wire the old wall sockets back to the VM hub using the adapter cable they will not work. Have you tried plugging the new phone into the hub using the adapter cable?
