Email Help Please

Since Virgin updated email Thurs/Friday. I am unable to access my emails on my computer.

Ipad phone working ok. Desk top cannot send or receive.

Message when sending Your message was sent but no copy in sent folder but it's not sending as recipient not receiving them.Then it says Thunderbird timed out.


Can anyone please help greatly appreciated Thank You

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to sign into your emails.

Firstly, can you please advise if you're able to access your emails via our webmail (through your My Virgin Media account)?

If you have not tried, please give it a go for us and let us know if that works
