Address not listed but all my neighbours have Virgin Media Broadbank

Hello,

I've had the same thing happen with me.

Spoke to the pre-installs team and they checked their system and assured me that my address is serviceable. They then transferred me to sales who told me their system won't let them bill an order for my address. Can you please help me?
