Hi, I am also on the same boat. I have filled in the form on the website as my address didn’t show up on the drop down list. It’s been a little bit more than 2 weeks now and I haven’t heard anything back.

Hello VM team,
My friend and I are also caught in the same situation -- we're about to move into a new place but our flat number isn't listed, despite the rest showing up on the address list. Would be super grateful for any advice on how to join and sign up for Virgin media broadband services. Thanks!

Hi,
I’m also in the same situation - every flat on my building ( converted Victorian house) has broadband. But address checker shows my flat can’t get broadband.

Hi,
I have recently moved into a new build property and would like to have virgin media as my internet provider.
My address is not listed on the online postcode checker but all of my neighbours addresses are. I have tried to investigate this by phone and by online chat but have had no success. Could someone please help me with this as I would like to have virgin media as soon as possible?

Thanks for using the forums to get this looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration.
Have you tried to call the sales team on 0800 183 1234 to ask if they can send out a "Spotter" who will come and survey your property to see whether it's eligible for our services?

Hi, same issue. We currently have Virgin Media but at short notice have to move. The new address is not listed, but majority of the postcode and neighbours are on the database.

Hi,
We are also having the exact same problem! Other flats in our building have access to virgin media, but our address isn't listed. We tried contacting the sales department but they said that there was nothing that they could do. I don't understand why our neighbours could get the service, but we can't! Any help would be massively appreciated!

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help. In order to do so I will need a little bit more detail so I will send you a private message.

Hi Please could someone help me I have been trying to get broadband and like the others my neighbours have it but my address is not showing / registered , I have used the online form and no one got back to me and spoke to numerous people at virgin and none of them can seem to sort it , please could some one help me as I previously had your services at my previous address for many years and would like to have your services again

Hi!
Got a similar issue - I’ve recently moved in to a Victorian house converted into flats and we’re on the top floor. The other tenants/flats in the building all use Virgin WiFi but my flat number is not appearing on the address list (neither do two other flats in the building actually but they still have Virgin).
I’ve contacted the sales team who have supposedly requested for an engineer to ring me back but haven’t gotten anything yet. I’ve also completed the online form. Really desperately need WiFi from Virgin as they’re the most competitive price at the moment and with Christmas coming up!
Any advice or info would be much appreciated 🤞🏼 thank you!
