Remove old email

I have an old ntlworld email address that has not been removed by Virgin media after 90 days of leaving. It is now been 18 months and my old email keeps getting hacked. Unable to sign in to my old account. Need help to remove it.

Sorry to hear of the email issue. Normally we'd advise of this article - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/security/why-is-my-virgin-media-email-hacked

However, due to it being a former email, I'll send you a PM now to get the details and request deletion via IT.
