Help wifi pods

Need wifi pods, can't get one ordered ... I am on 02 and virgin, volt hasn't activated and my address and account all matches up... so frustrated, wifi barely works and can't get a pid delivered due to incompetent sales support who say they can't see that I am on o2.. even though on the vm app I'm on 02 priority ...why does nobody fromvm ever help ???
