I have the gig1 fibre broadband package and have tried for the past week to try and order some wifi Pods via the VM connect app. Every time I try and connect to the hub it either loses connection or doesn’t connect after several tries. It’s frustrating that this is the only way you can order the wifi pods as it’s clear I have black spots/ no coverage areas in my home due to the large size. Please can virgin send me some wifi pods as there are 3 rooms in my home where there is no coverage and this is becoming exhausting to resolve especially with the recent birth of our baby boy.

Does the VM Connect app have a facility to order VM Pods ?
The number of negative remarks on this forum suggests customers
are failing to use the Connect app to place orders for VM Pods.
