4 months on still no broadband boost

My O2 contract which is connected to my Virgin Media contract ends shortly. I am looking to get a lower monthly payment as I am not a big user. If I go elsewhere will this affect my Virgin Media benefits?

I have recently swapped to O2 and today they activated the Volt Benefits and I have just received an email from Virgin saying thank you for changing your package and it’s going up from £85 per month to £117I thought it was a free benefit??
