not receiving Santander OTP text messages

Do I need to go to O2 now for help?

Phone is not receiving OTP messages from Santander, never had this issue before the move to O2 or loads of other problems like poor signal and scam text messages purporting to be from my bank, never had this before the move either.

Very unhappy
