Sms and rcs not working after porting over to Virginmedia

Joining in

I've recently switched to virginmedia and ported over my old number and my Sms/rcs messages won't send. Receiving error codes instead. Device is a Samsung. Have checked the sms number for virgin is correct and also my number on rcs is verified. Restarted phone etc. Please help!

Thanks for posting in regards to issues since moving to Virgin Media, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this with us.


We're a little confused by the post as we don't offer mobile services anymore, these were migrated to O2 last year. If this is relating to mobile services we'd recommend contacting them using any of the methods here.
