new hub

Hi, I have been sent emails and messages asking me to phone customer services to order my replacement hub otherwise my phone line will stop working on the 23rd of October,  I have a super hub 2, I have been trying to get through via the phone lines for weeks with no success and now my phone is dead, how are you meant to order a new hub if you can get past the talking bots, personally I think the hubs should have been sent out automatically as they know what hub I have, so now I am paying a phone  service which i am no longer receiving, any help please.
