Pay off handset loan

Hello

I have moved to Australia so cannot call UK easily. I tried 789 but it won’t connect. I want to pay off the handset loan. How do I do this?

You should be able to do this via your My Virgin Mobile account 👉 https://virg.in/myvmapp, you should see a link to 'View your credit agreement and mobile phone repayments' where you can see this and complete any outstanding payment.
