Call back never happened

The customer service or lack thereof that I have received over the last month has been abysmal (with the exception of this forum).

Badly written response letters that show my original complaint either wasn't read or understood properly followed by a nonsensical WhatsApp conversation where I was promised a callback on the 19th April that has not happened.

At this point I would like to request a letter of deadlock so that I can take this to the ombudsman. The refrain of speak to O2 is nonsense when the original issue lay with my handset loan. How hard is it to pick up a phone and actually speak to me?

I can't get through your automated system in order to speak to a human that way, but when I specifically ask to be called in my follow up complaint and you still don't call me? I am frustrated and angry.
