I have had nothing but trouble with trying to move my contracts to Virgin !
After having a handset/contract agreed and credit check done which was then cancelled as they didn’t complete verification in time, then a complaint logged and someone to call back and had to reprocess another handset/contract again which again was agreed. I was told on the phone that everything had gone through fine and that they were sending contracts to sign to now find that my order has been parked !! I have not been informed of this. The manager who dealt with the complaint guaranteed that the contract would be accepted this time with no issues and now it’s parked I’m not feeling so positive. Is there any chance anyone could look into this and find out why it’s been parked
