Yup. It was apparently the design template for the current incarnation of the VM one https://community.o2.co.uk/

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

O2 have no advisors on their Community forum.

They were removed in July
