Can’t send text messages in Kenya

I have received messages on my phone, but cannot send any? Please help

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your mobile connection and are struggling to send text messages!

Have you taken a look at our Using Your Mobile Abroad page before leaving the country? Have you ensured that your Roaming is turned on in full? 

Please take a look at our Roaming Hub to see the charges you might receive while abroad. 

Are you able to make and receive calls? Do you have a spend cap in place at all?

Are just outgoing texts impacted? Do you get any errors when you try to sent a text message? If so, what does it say?
