When we go on youtube through the app we either just get a black screen and the remote does nothing at all or it plays a Netflix trailer that we can't get off and then goes black. It's like it just crashes. Very frustrating! We have tried restarting the tivo box and unplugging it but it's not helped. Any advice please?

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with the YouTube app on our set top box and for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Have you been able to test any YouTube app you may have on a smart TV and if so, did this work without any issues? Also have you had any success since posting?

Does the app load initially, and you get problems when selecting a video? Or does it not load in the first place?
