Unable to access the hub through the app constantly saying hub not found starting to annoy me now as I have WiFi black spots and I’m trying to improve connectivity all throughout the house I have 3 white WiFi pods already but want to try better place them.
starting to wonder why I pay what I do per month for the top package 😑

Make sure the device hosting the App is on the 5.0ghz network. I found the App could not find the hub until I switched, i.e.it would not find it on the 2.4ghz network.
Worth a try.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your connect app.
Have you been able to try the app on the 5.0ghz network to see if it shows up then?
