How do you go about arranging for VM to relocate your router to another location. I want to move mine from my kitchen to an upstairs bedroom.

Just wait here a couple of days and a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange. It’s a standard £25 non fault call out fee for this type of work.

Hi @wafubloke,
Thank you for your posts and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
As @Adduxi has mentioned, we can assist in arranging an engineer visit to come and change the set up of your install, but there would be a £25 call out fee for this. If you're happy to accept this fee then please respond to the private message I'll be sending your way shortly and we'll proceed from there with this.
Thanks,

My messages back to you keep coming up with an HTML error???
I’ve tried several time and ways to message you and nothing is working.

If you just ignore the HTML error and simply click on the reply button again, you may find it sends. The Board software does complain sometimes, but it actually corrects the errors itself, so a second click usually sends without issue.

Hi
Could I arrange this too? Would like to have the hub moved from downstairs to an upstairs room but struggling to get through the customer services phone line.

Hi @EwanJ_,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
If you're looking to change the set up of your equipment and installation then we can certainly arrange sending out an engineer to do that, but there would be a £25 call out fee to do so.
If you're happy to accept that fee then please respond to the private message that I'll be sending to you shortly and we'll go from there with this.
Thanks,

HI Damiends,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
This is something we can certainly arrange for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security and arrange the visit. There is a £25 call out fee which will be added to the next bill generated.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
Thanks,
