Hi all, I’ve been away on holiday the last few weeks and have come home to find the Virgin media box outside my house has been damaged/is hanging outside the housing. Would it be possible for someone to come and take a look/repair this?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Sorry to hear of your concerns. Is there damage to the bottom of the box that is not allowing it to be pushed/clipped back into place?

Hi Carley. I’ve just had a look and have managed to get the wires back in and clip one side in, so at the moment it looks good. Will report if I have any issues.
