Box on outside of house needs repaired

I've tried dealing with this via the chat but there's no clear option for it. The connection box on the outside of my house is missing a cover and the components inside are at risk of coming loose. Could an engineer be sent out to repair it?

    Post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to respond to you.
