Before Christmas, we joined Virgin Media, after many months of being messed around - we were told that we were non serve. This was because the two sides of the close, were not connected. I believe the work has actually been finished now, and it appears my neighbour will be getting Virgin Media installed shortly.
Just wondering if anyone had any experience of getting Virgin to remove them from the non-serve list and allow them to place an order?
