Some of our amazing field technicians have recently joined the forum to help out with your technical support queries whilst things are busy. We want to reassure you that they're here to help, and that they are Virgin Media staff members.

There are over 80 tech helping out, rather than ask you to scroll through all those names to check who you're speaking with, we just wanted to let you know that anybody with the rank Forum Team is an approved Virgin Media staff member.
