Hi, was wondering if anyone could help. My WI-FI connection for the past 2 days has been operating at half the speed it normally does. Tried to contact live chat but can’t seem to get through to a person who can help. Have reset the hub about 10 times and still same issue. Whats the best way to speak to an agent through live chat and not a bot. Thanks

Also bear in mind VM only guarantee 30Mb Wifi speeds.

However run a speed test on this site and post the results
