Hi, was wondering if anyone could help. My WI-FI connection for the past 2 days has been operating at half the speed it normally does. Tried to contact live chat but can’t seem to get through to a person who can help. Have reset the hub about 10 times and still same issue. Whats the best way to speak to an agent through live chat and not a bot. Thanks

What WiFi band are you connecting to (2.4 or 5)?

Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.

Also bear in mind VM only guarantee 30Mb Wifi speeds.

However run a speed test on this site and post the results   www.samknows.com/realspeed
