I’m expecting WiFi pods, how long do they take to arrive?

I ordered one on 3rd April and eight weeks later I’ve still not received it. Hope you have more luck

That's because they promised to send you one but haven't. It's commonly reported on here. Wait for forum staff to pick this up here.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.

A decent retail Wi-Fi Repeater or Wireless Access point that you buy and can manage yourself
is typically a much better choice than VM Pods.

Being free is not a good reason to become locked into poor product that severely limits the Wi-Fi configuration options.

virgin are a joke. I ordered one the day it was installed due to no signal in one room. I called back a week later and they confirmed one had been ordered. Now about 2 months later I still don’t have one and I’m getting the run around.

someone called Dave keeps replying to these messages that clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about. With a simple call this number and order one reply. Virgin have no intention of allowing you to do so.

I’ve complained and their resolution was something like - just order one. No resolution at all.

Virgin has the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I have NO WiFi in a room. Just send me a POD.  Don’t give me a number to call that has automated responses with no option of ordering one. Just send me a POD or cancel my service and I’ll go back to Vodafone, which were brilliant by the way. Perfect service in all rooms and cheaper.

or order ur own one but not vm version amazon

Thanks for coming back to the thread @rickymatthews, and I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty with the ordering of the Wi-Fi pods.

It looks like one of my colleagues has reached out to you to offer assistance to have a Wi-Fi pod ordered.

Do please work with them, and we can have this matter closed for you.

Thanks,
