wifi pods orders not arrived

Hi dear 

I have ordered a pod about 3 weeks ago order number P32161. nothing arrived

Rang a week later and spoke to another guy and told him that even when the first pod is received, i will need another one as signals are poor upstairs as well as downstairs so he ordered second one for me this time order number P33595. 

Still received nothing.

Shall i continue waiting …….
