How to order your first Wifi pod

Hi,

can anyone tell me how to order my first wifi pod? I have two rooms in the house where the wifi drops as low as 9 most of the time, sometime it tells me I'm not connected to the wifi at all.

I have used the app numerous times & it never gives me the option to order a pod, only to upgrade my package even though I have volt. I have also tried using the website but it just takes me round & round in circles to a 'contact us' button that does nothing.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

      Virgin, please tell me why Iโ€™ve wasted 1 1/2 hours today having an online chat with your useless advisors. My query was simple regarding WiFi pods due to two weak signal spots I have in the house yet they were extremely slow replying to me and failed to understand this simple problem &why I was asking them about it. They even asked for my phone number yet when the system froze no one contacted me. Do they think I just wanted to waste 1 1/2 hours of my time? Please can someone from the UK contact me to talk through my issues?

        We're very sorry to hear you had a poor experience on Sunday when speaking with our team. Our livechat isn't an instant response chat service as our agents may be speaking to multiple customers at a time, but they'll always aim to respond as soon as possible.

      Hi. I'm on Volt and also am struggling to order a pod. I've used the Connect app and there are persistent blacks pots, but I'm never prompted to order the WiFi pods. I called the number given here, but was cut off before speaking to anyone.

      Please help with ordering a first WiFi pod

    I am having the same problem as all these other customers. I have bedrooms that only get 15Mb download at the doorway then nothing once in the room. Connect app does even not connect to Wi-fi once in the rooms. The connect app just sends me round in circles when attempting to order Pods. I've read I'm eligible since I'm on a Volt and 1gig broadband packages as quoted on VM webpage. Please help with a route where I can order some pods.

        Hi, I also need to order a WiFi pod please as I have installed a WiFi security camera which can't get a good signal from my Hub 5 or my existing Pod..
        As last time, I can't get the Connect app to complete the ordering process for me, and last time you (assuming Ayisha_B is a real person!) were able to order and send me one! 
        As I understand it, I'm entitled to 2 Pods n my current package- please could you send me another?

  • Hi, I've been trying to order wifi pods that I am eligible for. I've used the VM connect app to scan but not receiving any prompts or info on how to order the wifi pods as outlined in the guide. 

    Please can I have some assistance with ordering these?

    I have the same issue as you my Wifi Drops to 5 & 6 in two  of the rooms.  I've gone through the same motions as you and so far I have not been able to order the Wifi Pod....Can some one please help???
