How to order your first Wifi pod
Hi,
can anyone tell me how to order my first wifi pod? I have two rooms in the house where the wifi drops as low as 9 most of the time, sometime it tells me I'm not connected to the wifi at all.
I have used the app numerous times & it never gives me the option to order a pod, only to upgrade my package even though I have volt. I have also tried using the website but it just takes me round & round in circles to a 'contact us' button that does nothing.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
