Hi 👋 I had a Wi-Fi booster put in my garden room and it had its own WiFi network and login but it stopped working and I can’t get it working anymore. It’s wired in and the virgin box works and I can access on demand as I linked via Ethernet. But it hasn’t boosted the WiFi from the house and I can’t access the other WiFi network either and I don’t know what I’m asking for either 🙄🤷🏻♀️ .. I hope this makes sense to someone .. kind regards

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your WiFi booster. We can understand the inconvenience caused and want to do our best to help. How long has this issue been ongoing? Have you tried troubleshooting your WiFi pod as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/help/booster-and-wi-fi-pods

I don’t have a pod I have a booster - But I worked it out I. The end - I eventually figured out how to log into the booster and enable something or other (??) and just like magic it worked 😊
