Huge spikes in latency

Hey,

Recently switched to virgin media (approx 1 month ago), and I've had the worst WiFi connection I have ever experienced. On a regular basis, I experience 20-40 ms which then shoots up to 700+ms every couple of seconds or so. Its not my location or distance from the router as it does the same no matter where I am, and had never done this before with my previous provider. I Repeatedly do ping tests online to Manchester shown below for proof. Is this a known problem/ have a fix?

Thanks!

Up to speed

Hi,

Could you post your router logs please  - from 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 (if you are using your VM Hub as a modern)

Also, please share your BQM  or create a BQM if you haven’t already done so: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality

I do not work for VM, just trying to help!
