Wi-Fi Pods Issue losing patience with Virgin Media.

I have recently had issues with my two Wi-Fi pods not working, contact virgin media and they sent replacements out  which I have installed.

Both have stopped working again, I have again phoned virgin media and there solution is to send some more Wi-Fi pods out to me .

These have lasted a week so I am going out on a limb here to say it is not the pods at fault being as I have had three in the last month.

Unsure if it is the router at fault, it is a hub 4.

I have rebooted the router  back to factory settings, disconnected all other equipment and they still won’t connect.

Amy advice would be gratefully received

Sorry to hear you have been having these issues with your Hub and Pods not syncing correctly, having a look into our systems I can see that you would benefit from having a technician sent out to you.
