I too have the same issue. Now reset the router a number of times and disconnected all cables but still have solid red light. Any chance I could also book in someone to come have a look?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with hub3 showing a red light.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
In the meantime can you ensure the hub is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.
