Virus safe basically stopping my on line everything!

Hi is it safe to switch off virus safe? It seems to be stopping my phone and iPad from opening websites and downloading content in my emails.

I am so fed up with this problem. At least I think that’s the problem. It is stopping me from making purchases or even opening my national lottery app!

help.

Sounds more like Child Safe to me. This can be customised according to your needs (or indeed disabled completely) here

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
