Have you taken a look at our Speed Up page to see if this can help improve your speeds at all?
Can you please confirm if your Hub is in Router Mode or Modem Mode? If your Hub is in Modem Mode, we wouldn't be able to see any issues as the Hub would be connected to a third party equipment that we do not support. If your Hub is in Modem Mode, please switch back to Router Mode for at least 24 hours so that we can view any issues with your speeds and connection and see if there's anything we can do to help going forward.
