Why did you come back? Is there any reason why it would not still be just as bad? 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

For me, BT is just as bad for their service.

I jumped ship from BT to VM because I was getting constant daily resets on my BT broadband equipment and I rarely have any problems with my VM connection.
