So i work from home and have done for just over a year without any problems from virgin media or the connection. Last week i started to notice random disconnects. Fast forward to today. Ive had 2 engineers out, which replaced all wires, connections to walls, and a new hub 3...... It still has disconnected. Weirdly only when im logged into work through citrix. The whole Internet in the house goes down. Surely this isn't caused by citrix? I cannot for the life if me work it out. Virgin media are being about as useful as a Chocolate teapot at solving the issue. Any ideas?
